On day eight of our road trip we drove from Columbus to Niagara Falls. Along the way we stopped in Kirtland to check out the temple and church history sites. We were in Kirtland on Sunday morning so the temple did not open for tours until the afternoon so we were only able to walk around it. Still pretty cool. However, we were able to have quite the experience at the church history sites. We arrived about an hour before they began tours, so we just walked around by ourselves. We spent so much time doing this that we were still around when the missionaries met together at the visitors center before they began the tours. They invited us in and joined us in their prayer meeting. This was a really neat experience and everyone was so friendly with us and welcoming. That night we enjoyed walking around Niagara Falls. My first time in Canada! We loved the falls. We when down into the tunnels behind the falls and were able to get really close.....and wet. This was so much fun and such a beautiful sight. What a great way to finish off our road trip. Day 9 was the day we made it into Cambridge. Our journey here was great, and life in Boston has only gotten better. We LOVE Boston.

Niagra Falls is amazing!! Brett and I went there 2 summers ago and LOVED it! It is so beautiful! Did you guys go on the Canada side? We did... it is nicer that USA side. It was funny when we went across the border - we told them we were only going to be there for a few hours and they almost didn't let us go through. It must be because we look so sneaky. Well, we miss you guys! Keep in touch!
