Ryan was baptized in the Susquehanna River, so when we figured out we would be traveling right by Harmony (or what used to be Harmony) we pulled off the road. We think we found the exact spot where he was baptized which also happens to be the same place Joseph Smith was baptized. This was such a cool thing for Ryan when he was eight, and an experience he will always cherish.
Another stop along the way was Woodstock, Vermont. We heard that this town was the ideal example of a New England Town so we just had to see it. It was so beautiful, with some amazing homes and wood covered bridges. A great weekend get-away town.

Who gets baptized in the Sesquehanna River? How did that happen, Arizona boy? That's pretty cool I must admit. It's also pretty cool that you guys were there because my parents were there at almost the same time! Of course, that assumes you were there around September 5 of this year, which I figure you were by the date of the post. Small world. We miss you guys and hope to be able to make a sweet trip back east soon here. Good luck with Boston livin'!
